Movement has always been my passion, from being a very active kid to exploring gymnastics at the YMCA and progressing to power training in high school. Becoming a trainer was a natural choice to channel that lifelong energy into helping others achieve their full potential. I began my journey by working with family and friends, then expanded into training small groups and partnering with local organizations to bring fitness programs to the community. These experiences reinforced my commitment to making fitness accessible and transformative.Realizing that success requires more than workouts, I founded Bodies Divine Fitness to provide a hybrid approach to coaching. By integrating fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies, we offer clients tools that work both in and out of the gym. FAQ

1. Where is Bodies Divine Fitness located?

We are an online-based independent company. We train clients online or in-person at agreed-upon public spaces or their homes. (Currently serving the North Raleigh area)

2. Do I need to complete a consultation before signing up for a program?

Yes, a complimentary 1-hour Discovery Call is required to assess eligibility. Returning clients pay a $50 consultation fee.

3. Are the fitness programs suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! All of our programs, including 1:1 and semi-private coaching, are fully customized to fit any fitness level, from beginner to advanced.

4. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed without prior notice will result in loss of credit.

5. What are the payment terms for the programs?

Payments must be made upfront. Programs and sessions are non-refundable, so it’s essential to plan accordingly. However, with our 12-Week Guarantee, if you fully commit to every step of the program and show consistent effort without seeing or feeling noticeable progress, we’ll refund your investment.

6. Do you offer nutrition coaching alongside fitness training?

Yes! We provide a Holistic Nutrition Coaching program. Clients also save $50/month when combining fitness and nutrition plans.

7. Can I split the cost of semi-private Flex Sessions with my workout buddy?

Yes, the cost for Flex Sessions is shared between both participants, making it $45 per person per session in the package.

8. What happens if I get injured or fall sick during my program?

Depending on the situation, we can adjust programming or temporarily pause your plan for up to 14 days with proper notice.

9. Are there discounts for committing to long-term memberships?

Yes, our 1-year Divinity Program and Holistic Nutrition plans offer savings, including one free month.

10. Are materials and resources included in the programs?

Yes, all coaching clients receive a Digital Toolkit containing valuable resources, updated periodically to support their goals.

"In 2016 I was at my lowest point physically, Life was life’n, I which resulted in me stress eating. I was talking about how displeased I was with my appearance and Lord saying do something about it. In that moment I wasn’t sure if I could do something about it because of how much weight I gained. I remember Lord saying well you gotta start somewhere. I booked a consultation and my transformation began. When I thought of personal training I thought of boot camp (someone yelling obscenities in your face etc.) that was never the case even when I would slip back into older habits. I started with one-on-one in person training, with a plan that was built and customized for my needs. My form was terrible and no matter how bad I was at the workouts at first I was met with compassion and sternness to correct what needed to be corrected. Every summer BDF has some group classes in the park that are a mix of Dance, HIIT and Cardio. The variations of exercise and the outdoor scenery made those workouts fun and easy to do. I am now enrolled into the online coaching program, this is my favorite because it works well with my schedule I can workout morning or night. This program is tailored to my needs complete with videos and tutorials on all the exercises included. Since joining this program I have lost over 70 lbs., and have become more healthy overall. I have been able to to compete in a mud run, take an 8 hour hike up a volcano, White Water Raft level 4 rapids and more importantly participate in outdoor activities like skating or riding my bike with my children without getting tired after 5 minutes. I was given a BDF T-shirt at the begging of my training that couldn’t even fit one of my arms, that is now too big. That is the only downside of how good this program is, having to constantly buy new clothes because of weight loss. BDF was the best thing that ever happened to me. After 6 years there is no other company I would entrust my fitness and health to."

Welcome to Bodies Divine Fitness! By using our services or engaging with any programs, group fitness classes, or product offerings, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact us.

General Terms

All clients interested in 1:1 Coaching or 2:1 Coaching must complete a complimentary 1-hour Discovery Call (Consultation) to determine eligibility for our programs.Former or returning clients are required to pay a $50 consultation fee.Group fitness classes do not require consultations.Single 1:1 or 2:1 sessions are available but must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-serve basis.Shared Commitment for 2:1 sessions: Both participants must actively engage in all sessions and assessments and complete onboarding requirements, including the Discovery Call and individual questionnaires.

Program Participation and Engagement

Full commitment and active participation are required for all coaching programs.Clients demonstrating inactivity or lack of participation without communication may have their subscription or access terminated after a period of grace. We prioritize working with individuals who are fully committed to achieving their goals.Group fitness participation is flexible. Clients may drop in or choose from subscription packages for a series of classes.

Digital and Physical Products

Digital Products: All purchases (e-books, digital toolkits, or any other downloads) are final and non-refundable.Physical Products: Items such as apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Payments, Scheduling, and Refund Policy

Payment and Scheduling:Payments for classes, coaching sessions, and programs are due upfront and must be cleared before participating.All group fitness classes and coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.Scheduled services operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.24-Hour Cancellation Policy:Clients must notify their coach of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before a scheduled class or session. Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in the loss of the session credit and forfeiture of the total cost.2:1 Sessions require mutual scheduling. If one participant cannot attend, the other may proceed solo or reschedule together (24-hour notice required).Leaving a session early, regardless of reason, forfeits the entire session without refund or credit.Coach-Driven Cancellations:If a coach must cancel or reschedule a session or class due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be given the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.Absences:Clients are required to inform their coach of planned absences, including travel, medical appointments, or other obligations that may interfere with participation.Injury, Illness, or Unexpected Events:Outside Training with BDF: If a client becomes injured, falls ill, or encounters unforeseen circumstances outside of training with BDF that prevent participation, their program or package can be suspended for up to 14 days with prior notice and documentation (if applicable). Additional accommodations beyond this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.During Training with BDF: If an injury occurs during a session, the coach will evaluate the situation and adjust programming accordingly. In severe cases, programs may be paused or modified to accommodate recovery, and the client’s remaining credits will be honored upon their return.No Refund Policy:Payments for any service or (digital) product are non-refundable once purchased, whether initiated or delivered. Clients are encouraged to use their session credits before expiration or risk losing unused services.

Access to Client Toolkits and Resources

Coaching clients will receive a Digital Toolkit containing resources to support their program goals.Resources are updated periodically and are made accessible through secure online platforms. Clients are responsible for utilizing these tools to maximize their results.

Conduct & Disputes

Respectful and professional interaction is expected between participants, coaches, and all staff of Bodies Divine Fitness during all 1:1 and 2:1 coaching services, group fitness classes, and events. Bodies Divine Fitness reserves the right to terminate any service or session if a participant’s behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the core values of a safe and supportive training environment.Refunds for terminated services will be granted only for unused credits or sessions within the client's existing package. For group classes or events, no refunds or future credits will be issued for behavior-related dismissals. Any disputes will be addressed through written communication, and the decision of Bodies Divine Fitness will be final and binding.
