This idea began at a fitness center in Queens, NY. Travis & I were training partners just looking to improve our own well-being. Often questioned by many people about how we maintain our physiques, we were joined, from time to time, by many of those people in search of similar results. As we continued to develop, we found ourselves training family, friends and acquaintances. Eventually, I decided to increase my knowledge in the field by taking a course leading to a certification in personal training. Once acquired, I offered my services as a private one-on-one trainer. Realizing a venture to reach more people could not be done alone, Travis officially joined me, becoming a certified personal trainer.
As our desire to help more people better their lives grew, we brainstormed and began researching different approaches in order to meet our goal. This led to the establishment of Bodies Divine Fitness, LLC. Soon after, we launched our first FREE BOOT CAMP, which later became "Survival of the Fittest" BOOT CAMP Series, held during the summer. The Boot Camp allowed us to deliver fast paced, high intensity workouts in a group setting, just using bodyweight exercises. The first Boot Camp session was held at Saint Albans Memorial Park, in Jamaica, Queens where we grew up. Since that time, it's brought individuals of many ages, shapes and fitness levels to our doorstep... and we're not done yet. We're constantly on the look out for our next Boot Camp location(s). Additionally, we continue to offer our one-on-one personal training services for clients in need of a custom program to meet their fitness needs.

We balance a combination of personal skills and fitness expertise to push clients physically to get the most out of their training, while simultaneously developing a trusting relationship. With training strategies and dieting methods constantly changing, we make it our business to keep our clients informed and equipped with the knowledge and tools to keep them on the right path toward fitness excellence.
Lord Allah is a certified fitness professional focused on providing high quality individual and group fitness training. He has always had a passion for intense physical activity. Participating in a multitude of sports, such as football, basketball, sprinting and gymnastics led him to continue challenging himself, as well as others to be their physical best.
Lord's background provides various perspectives on activity, movement, recovery, and the different ways good physical health can benefit our lives. His acquired knowledge in different forms of strength & endurance training, stability & flexibility training are used to increase the performance of any practitioner. Keeping exercise versatile and fun, while challenging the mind and body is how he keeps clients focused and motivated to go the next level.
Travis Sullivan is passionate about fitness and is an accredited Personal Trainer. Athletic from a young age he was ultimately drawn to the gym. There, he met many fitness enthusiasts who would coach him in different workouts and various techniques.
Driven by a desire to help others as he was helped, Travis offers customized personal training that can transform anyone's physical health. Whether you want to lose or gain weight, tone up, or increase capability, he's got you covered. He also offers group training and has hosted a series of boot camps to encourage others to attain their greatest level of fitness.
